Is Remindeer free?
Yes — tracking your deadlines is free, no card required. The free plan gives you up to 30 active reminders, every category, and email plus push notifications. Advanced features like household sharing are coming as a paid Pro plan.
How reliable are the alerts?
We notify you by email and by push notification on your device, always ahead of time. No channel is 100% reliable, so we combine them — email as the safety net, push as a fast extra layer. For truly critical deadlines, treat Remindeer as a backup, not your only safeguard.
Where is my data and is it safe?
Your data lives on Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt). We only send emails related to your reminders and account — we never sell your data or use it for ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does it work outside Czechia?
The app is bilingual (Czech and English) and you can track any deadline. Some types (vehicle inspection, motorway vignette) are tuned to Czech specifics, but you can use them anywhere.
What is household sharing?
You can invite your partner or family and share selected reminders — everyone in the household sees them and gets notified. Great for shared deadlines like insurance, inspections, or the end of a fixed-rate period.
How do I delete my account or data?
Any time, under Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your account and all reminders. You can also ask us at support@remindeer.io.
