Last updated: 15 June 2026
These terms govern your use of remindeer, operated by Dominik Škoda, Business ID 29627389, registered at Smetanova 208/3, 460 01 Liberec, Czech Republic. By creating an account or using remindeer, you agree to them. Contact: support@remindeer.io.
The service
remindeer is a reminder application for creating and managing reminders. It is provided "as is", and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Subscription and payments
Some features (remindeer Pro) are paid via a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) at the price shown, including VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in subscription management (the Stripe portal) from Settings; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and services that start immediately, you expressly request that performance begin before that period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If you do not give this consent, performance starts only after the 14 days. Already-paid subscription fees are non-refundable; you prevent future renewals by cancelling the subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt it, or use it to store or share unlawful content.
Disclaimer and liability
remindeer is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from reminders that are missed, delayed, or not delivered, or from any service interruption. Do not rely on it as the sole safeguard for critical matters.
Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint, contact support@remindeer.io. The competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz. As a consumer you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
